Anodized 3105 aluminum alloy has become the material of choice for premium refrigerator panels

Standard Thickness
Refrigerator panels typically utilize 3105 aluminum sheets ranging from 0.5-1.2mm
• Main door panel: 0.8～1.0mm (optimizes strength-to-weight ratio)
• Decorative trims/handles: 0.5～0.7mm (for bending/formability)
• Oversized panels: 1.0～1.2mm (prevents warping)
Recommended Tempers
The material is most commonly supplied in H14 or H24 half-hard tempers
Tensile strength: 150～200 MPa
Elongation: 4%～8%
