5052 5454 H32 Aluminum Alloy Sheet For Tank Trailer
Tank trucks are specialized transport vehicles designed for carrying various liquids, liquefied gases, and powdered goods. The aluminum alloy tank body consists of multiple components including side panels, fenders, and tank openings.
The primary tank body is manufactured using 5083 H111 aluminum plate, while the tank covers on both sides require bending and utilize 5083-O temper aluminum plate. The O temper provides enhanced flexibility suitable for bending operations. Partition sections (fenders) also employ 5083-O temper aluminum.
Many manufacturers also utilize 5454H111 aluminum plates for tank body production. We supply comprehensive raw materials for aluminum tank truck manufacturing, including 5083, 5052, 5754, 5454, and 5182 alloys.
Aluminum Material Advantages
Aluminum tanker trailers are specifically engineered for transporting petrochemical products including diesel, gasoline, kerosene, methanol, and ethanol. These trailers offer significant weight advantages with masses as low as 6 tons, enabling increased payload capacity.
The aluminum construction eliminates the need for anti-rust treatment and prevents concerns about rust residue or corrosion damage. Additionally, aluminum trailer materials are environmentally friendly and sustainable.

World-Class Production Equipment
Final product quality is fundamentally dependent on slab quality. We employ advanced equipment and optimized processes to enhance aluminum alloy slab quality, ensuring high-performance aluminum alloy products.
All melting and holding furnaces are supplied by GAUTSCHI (Switzerland), guaranteeing superior thermal processing capabilities.
Our facility features 1+1+4 and 1+5 hot rolling mills from SMS Group (Germany). All hot finishing rolling mills incorporate CVC flatness control technology, producing hot-rolled strips and coils with exceptional flatness and superior shaping characteristics.
We operate 6 sets of cold rolling mills (4 single-stand mills and 2 three-stand tandem mills) from SMS Group (Germany). These mills utilize patented 6-High CVC technology, representing the most advanced cold rolling capabilities worldwide. These facilities produce aerospace sheets, can stock, and automotive sheets with precision quality.
Transportation & Logistics
Aluminum sheets for tank trailers typically feature oversized widths, necessitating specialized shipping solutions. We utilize platform flat containers to ensure safe and efficient transportation of these large-format materials.
